My journey in the world of technology and business transformation spans over two decades—starting as a Business Analyst and growing into a Senior Product Leader and Program Strategist. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of shaping digital solutions, managing cross-functional teams, mentoring talent, and solving real-world business problems across industries.

One pattern, however, remained constant—the gap between academic knowledge and industry expectations. Fresh graduates were struggling to break into functional roles like Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, and Product Consulting, not because of a lack of talent—but due to a lack of structured, real-world training and guided exposure.

To solve this at scale, I co-founded EYAL, a technology consulting and operations enablement firm, where we partner with startups and growth-stage companies to deliver product ownership and workflow solutions. We constantly saw a demand-supply mismatch for trained, functional professionals.

That led to the birth of SAT Connections.

At SAT Connections, we are building India’s first BAaaS (Business Analysis as a Service) platform—a model where we hire, train, mentor, and depute functional talent into companies that need business analysts and QAs. We also partner with colleges to establish Centres of Excellence, enabling final-year students to become job-ready before graduation.
